Bonita Lee McCluer, 83, passed away June 15, 2016. Visitation 1-8pm, Sunday, June 19, family greeting 5-7pm at Smith Mortuary-Derby 1415 N. Rock Road. Funeral 10am Monday, at Pleasantview Baptist Church 1335 N Buckner St, Derby; Graveside 3pm following the service, at Riverview Cemetery in Arkansas City, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Pearl Clifford; brother Vernon Clifford. Bonita is survived by her husband, Paul Wesley McCluer; children, Linda McCluer, Joyce Pappan, James McCluer; grandchildren, Teri McCluer, Paul (Chandra) Pappan; Betsy (Larry) Robinson, James Pappan; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Megan, and Zackary Pappan, Madelynn Tamer, Wesley, Riley and Skyler Robinson. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is with the church.
