Billy Gene Jackson

Jackson, Billy Gene “Bubblegum Bill,” 83, beloved member of the Mulvane community, passed away at home, Sunday, July 8, 2012. Visitation 1-8 Wednesday, at Senter-Smith Mortuary, 501 S.E. Louis Blvd., Mulvane. Funeral service 10 a.m. Thursday, College Hill Church of Christ, 438 Emery, Mulvane. Bill was owner/operator of Bill’s Service Station for many years. He was also a 32nd Degree Mason and a Shriner, a veteran of the Korean War, and lifetime member of the VFW. He is survived by his wife, Delores; son Billy Brook Jackson; daughters Alice Nienke and Devon (Dustin) Pulliam; siblings Alma Lee Murrow and Bob Jackson; aunt, Bernice Jackson; and many grand and great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Taylor Heersche Cancer Fund, c/o Carson Bank.
