Billy M. Ewertt, Sr.

Billy M. Ewertt, Sr, 86, passed away on December 12, 2023 in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on September 6, 1937 in Wichita. Bill married Pat Vaughn on July 9, 1955 and they had four children, Melody, Marc, Marvin & Greg. Bill was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and spending time with his loving family. Bill spent many years active in the Midian Shrine Patrol Unit, which became extended family.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Pat Ewertt; sister, Sandra Hollinger; son, Greg Ewertt and daughter-in-law, Sherri Ewertt.

Bill is survived by his brother Don and sister Pam; daughter, Melody Arnold; sons, Marc and Marvin Ewertt; grandchildren, Amy, Amanda, Shane, Sloan, Skylar, Alana, Meagan, Brandan, Justin, Sean, Jennifer and Jason; and numerous great-grandchildren.

A viewing and visitation will be held at the Culbertson-Smith Mortuary Chapel in Wichita, Kansas on Monday December 18th, 2023 from 9-10 AM. A funeral service will follow, beginning at 10:00 AM. Procession and interment will take place after the funeral service at Maize Park Cemetery in Maize, Kansas.
