Parker, Billie Dean, 76, retired Aircraft Engineer, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012. Billie was loved by all and never met a stranger. Survivors are his children, Curtis D. (Ramona) Parker of Mission Viejo, California, Kevin D. (Christl) of Wichita, Deanne D. (Patrick) McKee of Derby; grandchildren, Kristopher Parker and Miranda McKee. Celebration of life 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012, Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Haysville Healthcare Center, 215 N. Lamar, Haysville, KS 67060.
