Graveside service to follow in Attica, Ks She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; parents, Tubert and Mary Cook; sons, Stan and Dale Pulliam; granddaughter, Angela Bowersox. Betty is survived by her daughters, Sheryl Miller, Sandy (Roger) Attebury; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
