Betty Marie Patterson

Patterson, Betty M., 79, passed away Friday, December 14, 2012. Visitation 1-8 Tuesday, family present 6-8, at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 10 a.m. Wednesday, at First Presbyterian Church, 324 N. Baltimore, Derby. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Mary Thompson, two sisters, and one brother. Survived by Larry, husband of 58 years; children, Linda (David) Alley, Kathy Patterson, Curtis (Kandy) Patterson; siblings Ben (Rosie) Thompson and Nellie Mae (Norman) Woods; grandchildren Aaron (Shelly) Guyot, Alanna (Ryan) Davis, Adam (Lucy) Patterson, Lacy (Anthony) Ryker; great-granddaughters Hadlee Davis, Harper Davis, Kenadie Guyot, Amelia Ryker; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Downing Children’s Garden at Botanica, 701 N. Amidon, Wichita, KS 67203.
