Betty Jean Haney

Betty Jean Haney, age 90, homemaker, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015. No visitation. Memorial service 2 PM Wednesday, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Lee E. Haney; parents, James & Ethel Bollinger; and a brother, Melvin Bollinger. Survivors include her daughters, Paula Leis, of Douglass, Leann Hamilton (Richard), of Bristow, OK, and Kim Gordin (Mark), of Rose Hill; grandchildren, Paul Leis (Becky), Patrick Leis (Melissa), Jeff Leis (Hilary), Greg Leis (Megan), Matthew Hamilton (Tori), Julie Hamilton, Curtis Hamilton, Jaimie Mahlandt (Colt), Caitlin Edwards (Josh Loffland) and Megan Edwards; and 7 great-grandchildren. A memorial has been established with the Rose Hill Senior Center, 217 E. Silknitter St., Rose Hill, KS 67133.
