Fortner, Betty Lou, 81, retired USD 263 cook, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Visitation Sunday, December 19, 2-6 p.m., funeral service Monday, December 20, 2 p.m., both at Senter-Smith Mortuary, 501 S.E. Louis Blvd., Mulvane. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Bill. Survived by her sons, Gary Fortner, Mulvane, and Robert Fortner, Broken Arrow, Okla.; and grandsons Benjamin, Nathan, and Aaron. A memorial has been established with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 1148 S. Hillside, S-11, Wichita, KS 67214.
