Derby – Dugan, Betty M., age 92, retired Boeing employee, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013. Visitation 1-8pm Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Graveside service 10am Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at El Paso Cemetery, Derby. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Augustus and Katherine Biggarstaff; husband, Ray Dugan; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside Wichita, KS 67220.
