Betty A. Smith

Smith, Betty A., 91, Boeing retiree, passed away Monday, November 3, 2014. She was born October 4, 1923 to Clarence and Mary (Jamison) Stanley in Monroe County, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Welton I. Smith. Betty is survived by her children, Welton S. (Lavon) Smith, Travis (Patricia) Smith, and Helen (Leroy) Mayer; 7 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation: Wednesday, from 3 to 8 pm with family present between 5 and 7 pm. Funeral: 2 pm, Thursday, November 6, 2014; both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, KS 67037. Memorial contributions may be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S.
