Bertha K. Klein

Bertha K. Klein, 90, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018. She was born April 19, 1928 to John and Margaret (Weber) Maier in Pollock, SD. Bertha worked as a para professional for USD 260. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer; and son, Lynn. Bertha is survived by her children, Michael (Lisa) Klein and Pamela (David) Kendrick; daughter-in-law, Kathy Klein; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: Tuesday, December 11, 2018, from 3 to 8 pm with family present between 5 & 7 pm at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, KS 67037. Funeral: 10 am, Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Temple Baptist Church, 1826 W. Maple St., Wichita, KS 67213. Interment to follow at El Paso Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Temple Baptist Church's Building Fund.
