Bernice Ammons Dickerson

Bernice A. Dickerson, Derby resident, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the age of 80. Visitation 1-8pm Wednesday; funeral service 11am Thursday, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents, Hilery and Lores Ammons and 7 siblings. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John Dickerson; children, Karen Dickerson, Richard (Terry) Dickerson, Jeff (Debra) Dickerson, Lori (Keith) Koop; grandchildren, Jennifer, Donya, Charity, Brandon and Trenton; brother, Bill (Jo) Ammons; numerous nieces and nephews.
