Bernard “Butch” McCray, age 77, of Haysville, retired owner McCray’s Garage, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015. Visitation 2-8 PM Sunday with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Funeral Service 1 PM Monday, both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca, Wichita. Butch is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence & Anna McCray; son, David; and daughter, Patricia Cox; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors: wife, Eva; sons, Kenneth Cox (Nancy), Harry Cox (Sherry), all of Clearwater, Gary Cox, Joe McCray, Mike McCray, all of Wichita, Terry Cox (Stacy), Colwich; daughters, Donna Cox, Tammy McCray, both of Wichita, Regina Tavares, San Diego, CA; brothers, Wayne McCray, Hunter, OK, Richard McCray, Wichita, Steve McCray, Wellington; sisters, Mary Ann Howard, Seattle, WA, Jane Bible, Loudonville, OH, Kate Loundsbury, Enid, OK, Faye Smith, Wichita; 29 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
