Bennett F. Casey,74, passed away Monday, November 9, 2015. Visitation 1-8 p.m. Thursday, with family present 5-8 p.m.; funeral service 1:30 p.m. Friday, both at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville. Ben was a mechanic that loved working on drag cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Lucille Casey, and a brother, Dickie Wayne Casey. Survived by wife Carol; children Carla M. Watson, Bennett L. (Jackie) Casey, John F. (Tammie) Casey; grandchildren Shannon, Christopher, Benjamin, J.J., Amanda, Samantha, and GraceAnna; nine great-grandchildren, with two more on the way; and brothers Bill (Gloria) Casey and Don (Sharon) Casey, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with the American Diabetes Association, 608 W. Douglas Ste. 100, Wichita, KS 67203, and Midway Baptist Church, 5135 S. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67216.
