Barbara Elizabeth Welch

Welch, Barbara E., age 60, loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt passed away, Saturday, April 23, 2011. Visitation 1-5pm Monday at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Rosary 7pm Monday; funeral Mass 11am Tuesday both at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 149 S. Millwood. Barbara was preceded in death by her father, George Henning. She is survived by her mother, Marcelline Henning; son, Tim Welch; siblings, Ken (Susan) Henning, Clifford (Pat) Henning, Norman (Linda) Henning, Kay Ann (Larry) Anderson, Dottie (Jeff) Miller; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
