Barbara Jo Moore

Moore, Barbara Jo (Hatfield) Martin, age 85, was surrounded by her three daughters when she went home to Jesus, Monday, April 9, 2012. Visitation 1-8pm Wednesday, April 11 with family present 6-8pm; funeral service 10am Thursday, April 12, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Barbara was a wife, sister, mother, Grandma, Aunt, friend and caregiver to all. She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Martin and later husband, Clifton Moore; mother, Gladys Hatfield; sister, Donna Leckliter and brother, Buddy. She is survived by her daughters, Connie (Marvin) Whitson of Derby, Joyce Dust of Wichita and Nancy (David) Gunter of Mulvane; step-daughters, Carolyn (Ray) Zeisset of Lincoln, NE and Marolyn (Jim) Simpson of Bowie, MD; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephew and precious friends, Gay Briggs and Juanita Binford. A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market Wichita, KS 67202.
