Babette Lynn Barley, age 75, retired Wichita Police Department word processor, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021. Visitation with family present 3-5 pm Wednesday, June 9, memorial service 10 am Friday June 11, both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Babette is preceded in death by her husband, John Parker and her parents Lester and Berniece Rathke. Surviving is her daughter, Wendy Wallace, of Wichita.
