Ava High, 93, homemaker, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Survivors include her sons, Lowell High (Dana) of Wichita, Doyle High of Douglass, Danny High (Shelle) of Wichita; brother, Paul Johnson of Hawthorne, CA; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Virgil. Viewing: 2-8pm Monday, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Service: 10:30am Tuesday, February 19, 2013, Derby Church of Christ. Memorials to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
