Graveside Service: 10:00 am, Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Littleton Cemetery, Mulvane.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eldena Wilkin.
Arthur is survived by his sons, Kevin Kent Wilkin and David Kendall Wilkin (Rose); five grandchildren; and brother, William David Wilkin.
