71, passed away February 23, 2023 in Wichita. He was born August 14th, 1951 to Albert R. Sullivan and Dorothy M. Hedden Sullivan in Wichita, Kansas.
Arthur was an arborist for the City of Wichita, retiring in 1998. He was an avid music lover.
He was preceded in death by his his parents and grandparents.
Arthur is survived by his sons, Justin, Matthew (Dana), Aaron (Katie); grandchildren; sister, JoAnne Drake.
Visitation: Wednesday, March 1st, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 South Seneca Wichita, Kansas 67213. Funeral Service: 10:00 am, Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary. Interment to follow at Prairie Lawn Cemetery.
