Aron Long

Long, Aron Michael, 39, passed away Friday, March 14th, 2025. He was born May 7th, 1985 to Russell and Glenda Long in Wichita, Kansas.

Growing up Aron was involved in football, basketball, baseball and wrestled while in school. He also loved the rodeo life, growing up with the horses and traveling the rodeo trail from Jr. rodeo all the way to professional rodeo. After having the kids he continued his love of sports and rodeo through them, teaching them to rope and how to play sports. He loved cheering them on and watch them grow.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents. Survivors include his children, Stockton, Riggin, Adley; parents, Russell and Glenda Long and sister, Amy Long.

Memorial Service is 10:00 am, Saturday, March 29th, 2025 at the First Baptist Church of Rose Hill, 1206 N. Rose Hill Rd., Rose Hill, KS 67133.
