Arlene Berger

Berger, Arlene, 70, passed away July 26, 2010. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 9 at 2 p.m., West Side Christian Church, 1819 W. Douglas. Celebration of life will follow 3-5, also at the church. Arlene was a devoted Christian woman that attended Haysville Christian Church, then later West Side Christian and Westlink Christian. She was a graduate of West High School, Class of 1957, then attended Manhattan Bible College. She was also the owner/operator of Arlene’s Balloons and Things, and was married to John T. Berger for over 42 years until his death in January 2010. Also preceded in death by her babies Snoopy, Bear, Toby, Ladybug, Spot, Molly, Queenie, and Fuzzy Wu. Survived by siblings Darlene (Ben) Mires, Norlene (Bill) Gray, Corlene Blue, Allen (MaryAnne) Merritt and their families.
