Mulvane - Floyd, April Ann

75, passed away Sunday, September 8th, 2024. She was born May 29th, 1949 to Art Zeth and Agnes Burge in Kansas City, Missouri.

April retired from the US Air Force in 1992. She taught ROTC at Wichita East High School. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, movies, the lake and spending time with family. She instilled the value of family, God and country to her family and students.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Floyd; step-fathers, Bud Williams and Walter Rice

April is survived by her mother, Ann Rice; son, Clint Floyd; daughter, Teressa Greer; grandchildren, Trey Greer, Blue Crew, Chloe Greer; sister, Roxy Roberts; brother, Todd Williams

Memorial Service: 1:00 pm, Friday, September 13th, 2024 at Smith Family Mortuary 1415 North Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Kansas Humane Society.
