Anne E. Daum

February 10, 1935 — April 15, 2018

Age 83, Anne passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 after suffering a stroke just days prior. She was born in Coaldale, Alberta, Canada on February 10, 1935. Anne attended Bethel College and Friends University earning a Masters Degree. She taught elementary school in Derby for more than 35 years and touched the lives of hundreds of families. As a member of Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church, Anne served on the flower, fellowship and kitchen committees. She is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Anne; parents, Jacob and Helen Andres; brothers Eric Harder and Mel Andres. Anne is survived by her spouse, Kermit Daum; siblings Jo Dyck and Jake (Verdell) Andres; daughters, Malaura (Bob) Epperson, Natalie (Bryan) Shelton, Melissa (Matt) Johnston; grandchildren, Paige and Nick Epperson; Claire, Jacob, Hannah and Camille Shelton; Tatum and Miles Johnston. Visitation Friday, April 20, 2018 from 4-7pm, at Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church, 655 S. Lorraine St. Funeral Service 10am, Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 1550 N. Chapel Hill St, Wichita, Kansas. Memorial contributions may be made to Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church.
