Anita Dian Boutz passed peacefully in her sleep on November 25th, 2022. She was born April 16th, 1940.
Services will be held Friday, December 2 at 10:30 a.m. at Mulvane United Methodist Church. Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 1 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. with family present 5:00-7:00 pm. at Smith Family Mortuaries, 501 SE Louis Blvd, Mulvane, KS.

Anita is survived by her husband of 63 years, Glen. Sons, David (Sandy) Boutz of Wichita, Duane Boutz of Udall, Mitchell Boutz of Mulvane, and Grandsons, Eric (Alice) Boutz of Bel Aire, Evan Boutz of Wichita. Great grandsons Benjamin and August. Anita is preceded in death by parents George and Lottie Nordquist, son Mark Boutz, and brother William Pickard.
Memorials may be made to the Mulvane United Methodist Church.
