Newton, Amanda Shartay, age 23, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2010. Visitation 1-8 p.m. Monday at Smith Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Funeral service 2 p.m. Tuesday at New Spring 12200 E. 21st St. N., Wichita. Amanda was preceded in death by her 3 great grandparents; great grandma, “Little Gran” Erma Bryant; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Newton. She is survived by her momma, Tammy Newton; father, Ronnie Newton; brothers, Jacob and Samuel; maternal grandparents, PaPa and Granny Brown; paternal grandfather, Ron Newton; aunt and uncles, Cacy and Pam Brown, Shawn Newton; cousins, Melissa Brown, Caleb Brown, Matthew Brown, Ashley Newton and Joshua Newton.
