Alma Jean Ruppenthal

Leavenworth - Ruppenthal, Alma "Jean", 92, passed away Sunday, May 22nd, 2022. She was born October 31st, 1929 to Joseph and Anna Miller in Wichita, Kansas. Jean was a retired telephone operator and clerk for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. ( AT&T). She also owned rental properties and loved her pet dogs & cats. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Thomas E. Storm, Sr. & Art Ruppenthal, son Thomas Storm, Jr., daughter Linda Storm, 2 sisters & a brother. Jean is survived by her daughter, Diane Storm of Ballwin, MO, granddaughters Wednesday Storm of Wyoming & Sophia Storm of Oregon, and longtime boyfriend Elek Horvath of Shawnee, KS. Private Burial was held May 25th, 2022 at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 610 S. Vassar St., Wichita, Kansas 67218.
