Newberry, Jan L., 54, para for USD 260, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011. Memorial service 3 p.m. Friday, March 11 at Pleasantview Baptist Church, 1335 N. Buckner, Derby. Jan was preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Louise Affholder. She is survived by her husband, Steve Newberry; children Jessica, Natalie, and Ethan Newberry; brother Jimmy Affholder; and sisters Mother Galina and Jeanie Montanye.
