Zac was a 2005 Campus High School graduate, he enjoyed video games, action, history, comedy & horror movies, and spending time with friends & family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Vera Blurton; maternal grandfather Gary Dunn & uncle Garrett Dunn. Zac is survived by his Father: John Blurton of Mulvane; Mother Candie (Jim) Atherton of Haysville; Grandmothers: Diane Wiser of Haysville & Judi Dunn of Goddard; sister: Jamie (Mark) Guzman; special nieces & nephews: Nolan, Ember, Zoie, Ethan; step-siblings: Deanna Froehlich & David (Michelle) Atherton; Aunt: LaDonna (Daniel, II) Kiser of Wichita, numerous other relatives & friends. Visitation: Monday, June 27th, 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Smith Family Mortuary 1415 North Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037. Funeral Service: 1:00 pm, Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, Kansas 67037. Inurnment at Mulvane Cemetery at a later date . In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kansas Humane Society.
