Dear Charlotte, Vernon and family: My memories of your mother are many. The many times she would drive you to work with your younger brother with her standing in the seat, Like you, she always had a smile. I also remember, when we baked cookies at your Mother’s home and mailed them to, two separate destinations, your husband and my boyfriend (that’s how the buddy system worked. Days gone by. She was always a very gracious lady, especially after your dad passed, suddenly with all of the responsibilities, thank God, she had you and Vernon, old enough to provide assistance. I am saddened for your loss.
