Live passionately.” On Sunday July 24, 2022, Thomas (Scott) McCall, an enthusiastic sailor who lived life passionately and to the fullest, a true artist on the water, left this world. Born September 21, 1950, he served Wichita for 30 years at the Wichita Water Department and his country in the Air Force for 4 years during the Vietnam war. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary (Standley); daughter, Chelsea (David) Coblentz; grandchildren, Penelope and Sigmund Coblentz; sister, Karen McCall; brother-in-law, Gary (Rashele) Standley; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Laurene McCall; sister, Laura McCall; parents-in-law, Pat and Ed Standley; and brothers-in-law, Wendell Hendrix and Eddie Standley.
