Obituary for Sandra Sue Reeb
On Sunday April 3,2022 Sandra Sue Reeb (Sandy), Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother passed away at the age of 78.
Sandy was preceded in death by both her parents Walter and Faith Hodges. Brothers Tom Hodges and James Hodges. Sons Christopher Reeb, and Curtis Reeb, Grandson Justin Holcomb.
Sandy is survived by her husband George Reeb, Daughter Debbie Graham (Rich), Anita Moore. Grandchildren, Monica Williams (Shannon), Nathan Plummer (Jamie), Justin Plummer (Courtney),
Jarrett Moore (Jenifer), Derek Moore, Robert Aaron Reeb, Curtis Reeb, Jr., Abigail Reeb, Myah Reeb, Miriah Reeb. Also 20 great grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews.
Sandy was born August 30, 1943 in Kansas City, Kansas, she moved to Emporia Kansas when she was 3. She moved to Wichita after finishing high school to attend cosmetology school. She worked a beauty shop in downtown Wichita until 1966.
Sandy was a stay-at-home Mom for several years, when she did go to work she worked the elementary school that her children attend to have the same days of as us. Then she worked at First National Bank of Derby, then for El paso Water Company in Derby Kansas, which was later bought by the City of Derby and she became an employee for the city of Derby. After she retired she spent most of her time enjoy the pool with her grandchildren and children and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday April 8,2022 at Smith Family Mortuary 7031 S Broadway, Haysville, Ks 67060 at 2:00 pm. Condolences can be sent to 7031 S Broadway, Haysville, Ks 67060.
