Obituary for Renae Porter Witt
Renae Porter Witt went to be with her Lord and Savior July 1st, 2022 at the age of 54 years old. She was born August 1, 1967 to Thomas Harvey Porter and Cleta Lee Porter in Winfield, Kansas.
Renae was diagnosed with MS in 1992, that slowly progressed over her life but did not stop her from spending time raising her kids in her early life in Alabama. She then returned home to Kansas, met and married her loving husband Tim on September 5, 2002. Renae and Tim enjoyed riding Motorcycles with their friends, and spending time with family through her 30s and 40s. Renae unfortunately caught Covid in January 2022 and has fought so hard since then. She was the strongest woman and fought hard every day until the Lord called her home. She is loved and will be missed every single day by her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Timothy Witt, her sons Grant Stinson (wife Elizabeth), Josh Witt, Jason Witt, and daughter Linley (husband Matthew), and 4 grand children Madilyn Webb, Westin Stinson, Lattie Stinson, and Maddox Webb. In addition she is survived by her brothers Blake Porter and Britt Porter (wife Jana) and her sister in laws Cindy Paolucci and Sandi Brooks.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation: Thursday July 7, 2022 from 6 to 8 pm at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, Kansas 67037.
Funeral Service: Graveside service Friday July 8, 2022 at 1 pm at Potwin Cemetery.
