Derby - Morrison, Patricia Ann, 71, passed away Wednesday, January 4th, 2023. She was born September 29th, 1951 to Lloyd and Barbara (Weatherford) Miller in Amarillo, Texas. Pat's belief in our Savior supported her in life and ultimately gave her peace. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed visiting with friends. Pat graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and earned her Master's Degree from Wichita State University in Curriculum and Instruction. Pat retired from Unified School District 260 after teaching fourth grade for twenty three years. She was a member of Derby National Education Association and numerous professional organizations.Pat was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church and held various positions in the congregation. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of forty eight & half years, Ernie Morrison. Patricia is survived by her sons, Robert (Laurianne) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, John of Derby, KS and Aimee Morrison of Derby, KS.; her grandchildren Owen Morrison, Sasha Morrison, Lev Morrison, Oliver Morrison; siblings Steven Miller (Katrina Pendergrass) of Amarillo, TX; Brother-in-law, Jeff Morrison, Sister-in-laws, Judy O'Neal (Larry), Jill Morrison, The VI Squad: Eileen, Kim & Peggy. Pat is missed by her loved ones and friends who rejoice in the fact that she is at peace with her creator. Memorial Service will be held Monday January 9, at 2:00 pm at Faith Lutheran Church, 214 S.
