Belle Plaine- Danner, Janice Lea 74, passed away Saturday, November 26th, 2022. She was born July 18th, 1948 to Paul and Marie (Forester) Armstrong in Marietta, Ohio. Janice was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister & friend, she was a retired special needs teacher's aide, and was a "competitive" card player, she collected Fenton Glassware, & known as the "Queen Bee" by her family & friends.She was preceded in death by her parents; brother: Richard Zane Armstrong. Janice is survived by her daughter: Shelly (Les) Iceton of Wichita; sons: Cory (Tera) Wakeland of Shell Knob, MO, Shannon Wakeland of Gulfport, MS; Step-Daughter: Amy (Randy) Black of Joplin, MO; Step-Son: Doug Danner, Jr. of AZ; grandchildren: Taylor (Kenzy) Neal, Conner (Macey) Neal, Robyn (Cole) Newby, Daelynn Iceton, Ryan Iceton & Eryn Iceton, Brooke (Cody) Hefley & Jessica (Matthew) Friskey; numerous great-grandchildren, Brothers: Dave (Sally) Armstrong of Belle Plaine, KS, Steve (Carrie) Armstrong of Austin, TX & numerous nieces, nephews other relatives & friends.

Funeral Service: 10:30 am, Thursday, December 1st, 2022 at Belle Plaine United Methodist Church 124 E. 10th Ave. Belle Plaine, Kansas 67013. Interment to follow at Belle Plaine Cemetery.
