Obituary for Clarence Robert Allison Belle Plaine - Allison, Clarence Robert 88, passed away at home Monday, November 21st, 2022. He was born March 29th, 1934 to Raymond and Lena (Schubert) Allison in Fort Scott, KS. He passed away from a broken heart after losing his beloved wife of 68 years only eleven days prior. He was a devoted husband and father, and an excellent provider for his family. Clarence worked as a commercial pipefitter, retiring from the Waldinger Corporation in 1996. He was a 70 year member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, Local 441. He was preceded in death by his wife Lulu Mae Allison; his parents; brothers: Chet, Frank & Raymond; sisters: Mary & Thelma. Clarence is survived by daughters: Kathy (Tim) O'Connell of Towanda, Joan (Bill) Barnes of El Dorado, Carla (Brent) Mossman of McPherson, Linda (Roger) Foltz of Augusta; grandchildren: Dara (Nathan) Smith, Tanna (Greg) Cooney, Riley O'Connell, Morgan (Nathan) Lefler, Tyler (McKenzie) Barnes, Preston Mossman, Sydney Mossman, Brek (Brooke) Train, Heath (Samantha) Train, Jenna (Robby) Carter, Blaize Foltz & Brady Foltz; great-grandchildren: Kemble, Kenton & Kessler Smith, Traegon & Tennyson Cooney, Avery & Addy Lefler, Tripp, Claire, Kennadi & Rowe Barnes, Kace & Kam Train, Harrison & Hutton Train; Sister Margaret (Joe) Titus of Fort Scott, KS; numerous other relatives & friends.
Funeral Service: Monday, November 28th, 2022, 1:00 pm at the Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, 219 W 2nd Ave, Belle Plaine, KS. Interment to follow at Paradise Valley Cemetery (new Belle Plaine Cemetery.)
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Belle Plaine.
