Wichita – Rucker, Cameron Micheal, age 30, passed away Sunday, November 17th, 2019. Visitation 12:00-2pm prior to service; Funeral Service 2:00 pm Friday, November 22nd, 2019 at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary 115 South Seneca Wichita, Kansas. Cameron was born February 7, 1989 in Wichita, Kansas. He struggled with Epilepsy and seizures since the age of 10. He graduated from Chisholm Life Skills in 2010. He has worked in the Starkey program for 9 years and before that he worked in the Ketch program. In 2008, he received the REACH Award that honors individuals with disabilities that manage to achieve their dreams in the face of seeming insurmountable challenges. He has participated in bowling leagues and Special Olympics. Cameron enjoyed shopping, going to garage sales, playing board games, clowns, watching and collecting movies, in which, he has an extensive collection of. Cameron is preceded in death by his father, John Rucker; he is survived by his mother, Patricia (Bobby) Wilson; sister, Tara (John) Ayala; brothers, Jason Long and Brandon Rucker; grandparents, Wanda Crowner, Clyde Golden, Jerry and Mary Rucker and a loving extended family.
