76, passed away Friday, March 9th, 2018.
Visitation: Monday, March 12, 2018, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the family present from 6-8, and Funeral Service: 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 13, 2018, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 North Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Louise Lineback and a brother, Jerry.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Denese Lineback and a loving family of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Veterans Administration, Voluntary Service Office, Building 4-112, 5500 E Kellogg, Wichita, KS 67218.
