Condolence: Teresa, Char and Billy, I am so sorry for your loss. Bill will be missed by more people then you know. He was soft spoken but could make friends with all. You all got alot of traits from Bill, only the good ones. Time will help the heart heal and song will always keep him in your thoughts. Love you guys!
