Condolence: I am so sorry to learn about the loss of Mrs. Unkel. She was both my teacher and the mother of a dear friend. She was kind and this is one of the highest compliments I can imagine when remembering someone. I can imagine that there will be many former students commenting about how she helped develop their musical talents. What I remember about her was how she was kind even to those of us without any musical ability at all. That not only revealed her aptitude as a teacher, but a testament to her humanity. I would like to extend my sincere condolences to her family.

Condolence: Diana was such a lovely special person, and I'm so glad that her contagious enthusiasm for music was such a formative part of my childhood. From kindergarten all the way through sixth grade, Mrs. Unkel's class was always a favourite part of my day: a welcome creative oasis in a sea of regular schoolwork. She may not have been singlehandedly responsible for my lifelong love of music, but she was definitely a huge part of it. Good journey, Mrs Unkel (it still feels presumptuous to call you Diana!), and above all, thank you.

Condolence: This is very sad news for me and many to hear. I was one of Mrs.Unkel's many students. She touched the hearts of many people and will be missed dearly. She was a wonderful person, teacher and pianist. I sadly say that I didn't know her well and I wish I had put forth the effort to make the extra mile to know her better. Mrs.Unkel will be missed by every person she has met.

Condolence: I did not know this lovely woman that well. Although she was the pianist for my choris for one year. For that I was lucky to be able to meet this woman. For her time in this world was well spent teach young kids music. She put a mark in this world that not many people can, with music. Her years on this Earth was well spent with her family, and her students. She will always have an engravement in my heart for she helped me see my love of singing, and acting. For she helped in the drama club as well and I enjoyed the time that I spent with her with that may I say Rest In Peace.I am sorry for your loss.
