I worked with Brad at the GMF when he was on tour 3. I retired after almost 16 years there in 2012, and during all my time I can honestly say that Brad was the most caring and friendly person I ever met there. The GMF has such a vast diversity of personalities, backgrounds and ethnic make-ups (and about every difference you can imagine) represented by their employees---that it is almost inevitable that there can be a lot of negativity in it's work environment. Brad overcame all of it----he was friendly with everyone, was an excellent worker, always had a smile, and was continually positive and upbeat (a task not easily accomplished). I always enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets he shared on Facebook. He never failed to "like" my posts and in general was always a ray of sunshine wherever he was. At one point he helped me move, and another time he was kind enough to help me with my lawnmower. He was a wonderful guy, and I know that he is continuing to provide the warmth of his personality in every gorgeous sunrise and sunset we see. He will be greatly missed. Blessings to his family.

Dear Brad may someday we see you again at a great Talbott family reunion and get good and soaked by the pool. Rest In Peace in Gods undying Love.

For Bubba and his amazing family: I don’t even know what to say. I know this is part of life, and I know we will all be there someday, but it’s so dang hard. Esp when it was so fast. I pray that you have peace now. You will always be so special to me. So much fun and always so kind. And that is the same with all of the Talbott family. Marge, Pat, Deanna and Gina, may you treasure and cherish all the wonderful memories you have. I know I will as well as the many friends that Brad leaves behind.

I was working at the General Mail Facility when Brad began his career with the Postal Service. I worked about 10 years with Brad and he could always brighten up your day. Sending condolences to his family.

We were blessed with Brad entering our lives years ago at a Kansas NASCAR race (go figure). Always positive, always smiling, always a gentleman, we looked forward to seeing him in the Spring and Fall for the races and American Royal. Those weekends were not complete without his presence and new supply of the best home made jerky around. We will miss Brad's smile and the sound of his laughter but he will always be present in our hearts and memories.
